Theresa started Sanguines to meet the increasing demand for her unique style of bespoke, gourmet food from corporate and private clients alike. Together with her husband Bill, she provides catering across the North East.

Tailored to your requirements
At Sanguines we have been catering since 2005, and know how to prepare food you will love. As well as our standard menus, from classic to executive, we really enjoy creating food tailored to your specific needs.
Creative dietary options
We are particularly proud of our gluten free, halal and vegetarian menus. They are not a poor substitute for our main menu, as with some caterers. We work hard to make our dietary options equally vibrant and appealing. We simply cut no corners when it comes to making great food.
Exceptional customer service

Our story
Sanguines builds on the success of a popular coffee shop on Grainger Street in Newcastle.
Kaffeccinos, co-founded by Theresa Croney, provided fantastic coffee – and an extensive deli counter serving artisan breads, sandwiches & salads, and hot food. The coffee was great, but customers really loved the food. More and more, Kaffeccinos was asked to cater for local businesses – and so Theresa started Sanguines.
